In House Maintenance

All of our centres are also home to an in-house maintenance team, including handymen, which are available at your request. This ensures that you and your team are in a workplace that is always safe and up to our high standards.
Security

Each of our centres contains CCTV cameras, which are either monitored by an in-house security team or is monitored at our centralised CCTV centre. This allows you and your business to ensure your office space is safe.

First Aid & Fire Wardens
Safety is extremely important, which is why each of our building teams has at least two members of staff that are first aid and fire warden trained.
For the smaller businesses within our buildings we also take responsibility for being your first aiders and fire wardens. This will help reduce costs within your business, while ensuring you are safe.
Our team are also able to arrange first aid and fire warden training for you and your team, ensuring your employees are upskilling themselves, professionally and personally.
