What’s included in our monthly license fee?

  • Property costs: Rent, Business Rates, Service Charge, Building Insurance and Carbon Costs
  • Operational costs: General Building Maintenance, Facilities Management, Office Cleaning (day and night), Utility Bills (water, gas, electric and sewage), Waste Disposal, COVID-19 Health and Safety Compliance, Reception Services, Security including CCTV and Social Events for Clients
  • Capital Expenditure: Agent Fees, Lawyers Fees, SDLT, Site Surveys, Dilapidations on Exit, Total fit-out costs including Office Furniture and Interior Design, Kitchens, Breakout spaces, Meeting Rooms, Chat Rooms, Phonebooths, Lounges, Reception Areas and Server Rooms

What is the minimum term we can sign up for?

3 months – 5 years

Will we need to pay a deposit?

Yes, two months licence fee plus 20%.

How can we work out the size of the office we will need?
