Excellent client experience
Just thought I would drop you a note on our client experience so far. From our first impressions looking at your office venues to the negotiation of contracts and the super smooth move to our new office suite, the team at One Avenue were head and shoulders above our other... experiences. Although we viewed numerous offices with similar space and pricing, the warmth of the team and the boutique hotel feel set the standard above the rest. Day to day experiences are always pleasant, the centre team are always cheerful and always available. They do everything within their power to provide clients with a great experience in the office. This ranges from simple things such as a morning greeting to questions like “how can I help? Is there anything you need?” And statements like “we can.” Our clients often comment on the ambience and décor of the lounge, as well as the professional and courteous staff. We feel proud to have the team supporting us. We enjoy the friendly, collaborative environment the centre team creates amongst the various clients in the building including the fun, interactive events that help extend networks and possible work arrangements. Lastly, the centre team really live their moto of going above and beyond, and we have the pictures to prove it! Well done, great job, it’s a pleasure to come into the office.’’

All Expectations Surpassed
I can truly say that every expectation was surpassed by the team at Finsbury House. From weeks before our move in date, each detail was reviewed and processes put in place to make our final move as smooth as possible, with even obscure requests seeming no trouble at all. The level of consistently high... service each day from the Finsbury team makes it not only a welcoming office to invite clients but an enjoyable place to work for both myself and my employees
Our team of 15 moved to Finsbury house a couple of weeks ago and the experience has been amazing. Not only are the offices modern, clean and completely different to many other serviced offices in the industry they come with the most amazing on-site team any business would be grateful for, they are... extremely professional and very attentive. Every request to date has always been met with a can do attitude and the detailing of such requests has been magnificent and handled with care. The actual move was faultless and we had 0 downtime, which in our line of work was an absolute must when looking for a new office in the city. We would thoroughly recommend any business to consider one avenue group, I don’t feel like we are renting an office but more they are one of our partners and our staff thoroughly enjoy the new location and we wish them all the success.
Above and beyond expectations
Parity’s residency within Dawson House commenced back in April 2016, throughout the prep work associated to a refurbished office environment, One Avenue was the perfect “partner” to work alongside throughout the 13-week project, which One Avenue condensed into an 8- week project. Services, delivery and commitment from One Avenue to... Parity and clients is fresh and evolving. Working alongside One Avenue’s extended team provides numerous services throughout the day, whether at 5:00am in the morning or 8:30pm at night, all services are provided by One Avenue’s with their unique style and delivery. After 2 years of residency within Dawson House, One Avenue is still the perfect partner to work alongside, long may it continue.
Above and beyond expectations
Ensemble moved to Dawson house after being trapped in an expensive and poor value for money contract with Regus. The OAG staff suggested a very smooth removals company, came in on Saturday to help with moving in and provided us with beers. Our move-in experience could not have been better.... Within a few months, we had outgrown our office. This was not a problem for the OAG team who found us a space and shifted us over with minimal paperwork involved, and once again members from the team provided us with help moving our stuff across and assistance in setting up above and beyond expectations. I don't think this experience could have gone any better. On a day to day basis, the team are friendly and helpful way beyond a normal expectation. Clients who come and visit often comment that it feels more like a posh hotel reception than an office space in terms of the look and the service the reception team offer. Any questions or queries I or my colleagues have asked are answered quickly and efficiently by the team in person or over the phone. The communal spaces are always clean and well-stocked. And my team were also delivered a domino’s pizza from the OAG staff after a casual comment I made - which again, went above and beyond expectations of any office management group. It’s a premium service, with premium facilities and Rockstar staff. Ensemble won’t be moving any time soon.
Extremely helpful staff
‘’I can’t complain about anything. Since GM consultant moved into the premises (even prior to that), every single staff have been really helpful. In terms of customer service, the staff go always beyond and above to assist. Last week I had to send a report before 2pm and Victoria was... very kind to do it for me as the printer in the office wasn’t working. That was one of those days ...Total panic! Thanks to her everything was sent in respect of the deadline. I just want to say a big thank you to all of them, and keep doing what you do because you guys are great’’
Wonderful working relationship
‘’TSG have been clients of One Avenue, since April 2016. We have a wonderful working relationship, we feel our wish is their command. We know all One Avenue staff and the One Avenue staff know everyone at TSG. Their staff members are professional, courteous, pleasant and extremely helpful, TSG couldn’t... be happier at 5 Jewry Street. As a Small company, we feel very much part of the bigger One Avenue family, and we collaborate further by getting involved with many of the networking and charity events offered throughout the year. One of our staff members, was very chuffed to win the grand prize this year in the Easter Raffle.’’

Warm And Friendly
Just wanted to say few words of our appreciation whilst our stay in Dawson House. Firstly, and for mostly Dawson House have amazing staff, offices are kept tidy and are really plush. The welcome from the Reception staff is warm and friendly and Dawson House is Dawson House because of... the wonderful staff. Service throughout the kitchen area is impeccable and highly maintained. It has been an absolute pleasure to have been part of Dawson House family. Thank you for making Smartest Energy’ s time a memorable time.
